Alpine is a registered nurse and private chef with a passion for cooking and is committed to bringing joy back to the kitchen. Her classes focus on fresh whole foods sourced from her garden and local farmers’ markets. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with others and embrace the benefits of healthy eating. \nTime: 5:30pm – 7:30pm\nLocation: USA Health Mapp Family Campus Teaching Kitchen (3rd Floor) \nCome connect with friends old and new as we share delicious and healthy food together. \nRegister today! The cost is $45 per person. \nAbout FoodRx: Our “FoodRx Healthy Cooking Class” brings 20 dinner guests together to enjoy a hands-on\, healthy cooking workshop with nutritional insights and health statistics from local physicians\, nurses\, dietitians and a professional chef. FoodRx events are meant to share the positive impact culinary medicine and evidence-based nutrition have on health and disease.
