DESCRIPTION:Join us Friday\, September 5th\, at 5:30 pm for a special Hispanic Heritage Month FoodRx led by Chef Cassie Powers! We’ll be exploring healthy\, plant-forward recipes inspired by the vibrant food traditions of Central and South America\, the Caribbean\, Mexico\, and Spain. Come create a flavorful\, healthy meal that honors these rich culinary traditions.  \nMENU: \n-Venezuelan Arepas (and filling options) \n-Grilled Portobello Mushrooms\, Argentinian Chimichurri \n-Vegan Peruvian Ceviche \n-Costa Rican Gallo Pinto \n-Torta de Santiago (Spanish Almond Cake) \nSpace is limited to 20 guests\, so be sure to register early.
