DESCRIPTION:October’s FoodRx: Mediterranean\nJoin us for a healthy cooking class and dinner where 20 guests will learn about food as medicine and its important influence on health and disease.\nGuests will participate in a hands-on teaching demo with healthy recipes from a dietician and a chef. All will enjoy a dinner of their own creation after the workshop. \nRegistration is required as space is limited. Cost is $50 per person to reserve your spot.
