FoodRX Cooking Class and Dinner – September 13, 2024

Join us for a healthy cooking class and dinner where 20 dinner guests will learn about how food is medicine and its important influence on health and disease through a hands-on teaching demo with plant-forward recipes from a dietician and a chef. Dinner is enjoyed afterwards. The theme for this class is Latin Food.

Our hope is that classes like these will provide the knowledge and tools for everyone to take control of their health with food, even those who may not have the means to access fresh, whole foods frequently or easily.
