Current Volunteer Opportunities

Food Farming

Volunteer gardeners are the key to a successful community garden. Hope Community now has more than 10 raised beds at the Anna T. Jeanes property and we will be preparing soil mix, and soon be planting fall crops. We need volunteers to plant, weed, water, and maintain the gardens. If you are interested, please sign up and let us know your experience and availability.

FoodRX Classes

Volunteer to work with a healthy cooking class and dinner with a hands-on teaching demo and plant-forward recipes from a dietician and a chef. Tasks will include assisting the instructors, helping with class setup and cleanup, and handing out cooking supplies to attendants.
