FoodRX Cooking Class and Dinner – October 2024

Join us for a healthy cooking class and dinner where 20 dinner guests will learn about how food is medicine and its important influence on health and disease through a hands-on teaching demo with plant-forward recipes from a dietician and a chef. Dinner is enjoyed afterwards. The theme for this class is Mediterranean.

Vegetarian Moussaka
Shrimp and pine nut Greek Salad
Spicy red pesto and “meatballs”
Lemon Basil Italian Ice
Our hope is that classes like these will provide the knowledge and tools for everyone to take control of their health with food, even those who may not have the means to access fresh, whole foods frequently or easily.
This will be a wonderful evening with great company, fascinating information, and excellent food. We look forward to seeing you there!
