FoodRx – Healthy Cooking Class and Dinner

In partnership with USA Health Systems, we are announcing our first “FoodRx Healthy Cooking Class”, Twenty dinner guests will learn hands-on, plant-based cooking strategies and methods with Chef Matt Palamara from Coastal Community College. University of South Alabama Health physician, Dr. Ben Schrubbe, will present a short presentation after which we will enjoy the plant-based cooking class and dinner. The class will be divided into four to five teams each preparing a portion of the meal.
Registration is required as space is limited. We are only able to accommodate 20 participants. Cost is $25 per person to reserve your spot. Payment can be made via cash, check, or you can pay online at the button below.
Two dates offered: June 7 & June 28, 2024. Make sure to register for the date intended.
