FoodRx Healthy Cooking Class & Dinner

In partnership with University of South Alabama Health physician Dr. Schrubbe, we are announcing “FoodRx”, our first in a series of healthy cooking classes. Chef Matt Palamara will take guests through a hands-on, plant-based cooking class. The class will be divided into 4-5 teams each preparing a portion of the meal.
Registration is required as space is limited. We are only able to accommodate 20 participants. Cost is $25 per person to reserve your spot. Payment can be made via cash, check, or you can pay online through the button below.
