The theme for our August FoodRX event is “Coastal Brunch.” Join us for a healthy and delicious cooking class led by Executive Chef Matt Palamara!

About FoodRx: Our “FoodRx Healthy Cooking Class” brings 20 dinner guests together to enjoy a hands-on, healthy cooking workshop with nutritional insights and health statistics from local physicians, nurses, dietitians and a professional chef. FoodRx events are meant to share the positive impact culinary medicine and evidence-based nutrition have on health and disease. After a brief presentation, class participants divide into groups, each preparing a portion of dinner before enjoying the communal meal together around the dinner table.
