Dive into the vibrant cuisines of the Caribbean Islands with Chefs Troy and Dominique Kline from The Hope Farm as they guide us through this healthy, hands-on cooking class and feast on Sunday, June 8th, at 2 PM!
Come prepared for a delightful explosion of color and mouth-watering flavors that will tantalize your taste buds and nourish your body!
This FoodRx will explore the benefits of a plant-forward diet for better health.

About FoodRx: Our FoodRx healthy cooking classes bring 20 dinner guests together to enjoy a hands-on, healthy cooking workshop with nutritional insights and health statistics from local physicians, nurses, dietitians and professional chefs. FoodRx events share the positive impact culinary medicine and evidence-based nutrition have on health and disease prevention. After a brief presentation, class participants divide into groups to prepare the dishes before gathering for the communal meal. FoodRX is a collaboration between Hope Community, USA Health’s Integrative Health and Wellness Department, and the Hive Foundation of Innisfree Hotels.
