About Olivier Charles:
Olivier Charles has served as the president of Bishop State Community College since 2022, a role he describes as his dream job. His extensive background in Alabama higher education includes serving as the Vice Chancellor for Student Success for the Alabama Community College System, Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at the University of West Alabama, Director of Admissions and Recruitment at Auburn University at Montgomery, and Dean of Students at Enterprise State Community College.
Growing up in Mobile’s historic Campground neighborhood, Charles’s deep appreciation for community and Bishop State fueled his unwavering belief that opportunity was always within reach.
