Story Slam

Our next STORY SLAM is right around the corner—join us and the Fairhope Storytellers on Thursday, May 14th, at Page & Palette’s Book Cellar for a night of stories themed “BUSTED: Caught in the Act and Other Human Follies!”
What is your favorite story about getting caught doing something you were not supposed to be doing? What about a time when you caught someone red-handed and busted them? Or, have you ever gotten away with something, but the guilt caused you to self-report?
This month, we are adding a new feature to STORY SLAM. The audience will be choosing the top story of the night. The winning storyteller will be awarded a $50.00 gift card to Page & Palette! To be eligible to win, the story must reflect the theme and follow the story guidelines.
We all have a story. We can’t wait to hear yours!
When: Thursday, May 14, 2026
Time: Storyteller registration is at 5:30 p.m. Storytelling begins at 6:15 p.m.
